  • Acquire tools for complex and systemic conflict analysis
  • Learn to accompany reflective and resultative dialogue processes

Methodological approach:

Our faculty uses innovative teaching techniques that foster personal and professional growth, cross-cultural exchange, sound theoretical understanding as well as practical skills and experience. While two main trainers will accompany participants throughout the week, three further experts from the ASPR and the OSCE (tbc) will offer further insight into specific approaches or case studies within the realms of mediation and conflict transformation.

Overall, the course methodology builds upon:

  • Expert inputs from the two main trainers and further experts
  • Practical exercises in which knowledge and skills will be contextualised and related to one’s own environment
  • Cross-cultural exchange amongst participants encouraging the sharing of best practices, lessons learned and strategies to respond to challenges and opportunities in the field

COVID-related considerations:

Please be aware that this course will only be conducted if respective government-restrictions in relation to COVID-19 will allow it. Should it not be possible to offer the course on-site, potential online-versions or later on-site opportunities will be explored.
