By developing training programmes for experts dedicated to civilian missions in crisis areas, ASPR itself has become personally active in crises regions. Crisis consolidation project have been carried out mainly in the Eastern Slavonia, and in cooperation with the World Bank trainees from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina have been trained in project and crisis management. Then special programmes for crisis management were developed with a focus on crisis prevention in the entire OSCE area, for the Southern Caucasus and Central Asia as well as for Africa and south-east Asia in the first place.
